At Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel San Juan, San Juan

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the rooms had a large balcony which was great, but being in the basement without a window wasn't ideal. The service was lacking, and the staff didn't seem to understand customer service well. The location, however, was superb right in front of the Wind Chimes Boutique bar, close to a lovely beach I frequented daily, although it could get noisy due to the bar area. The dining options were limited to light snacks, disappointing for those looking for a fuller meal. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were sufficient for my needs.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just steps away from the beach and within reach of various dining options. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. On the downside, the dining experience could be improved with more menu choices. The facilities, including the well-kept pool area, enhance the overall stay, although there is an additional charge for Wi-Fi usage.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. The location is convenient, near the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. However, the dining options may be limited.
